Geolocation
Not only, "What are you doing?" But, "Where are you doing it?" Geolocation in social networking is an interesting frontier for me. Anything that gets people away from their desks and out and about is a good thing.

I like Gowalla best, but I think it's iPhone-centric. Android and BlackBerry coming soon. FourSquare is the hot property right now, but not officially supported in Hawaii.
